JVS Toronto is a non-profit organization that offers free, professional career and job search support in Toronto and York Region.
Our employment experts meet with you one-on-one to determine your specific employment needs. Together, we’ll explore your career options, create a winning resume, prepare for job interviews, connect you to jobs, and help you get hired faster. We have 75 years’ experience helping people in all industries and professions, from general labour to management and specialized sectors.
Our five JVS Toronto Employment Source centres are located in major neighbourhoods in Toronto, North York, Markham and Scarborough. Through generous funders and donors, we provide these services to you at no cost!

Employment Resource Centres in Toronto and York Region
When you register online or in-person at one of our Employment Source locations, you will receive access to an Employment Counsellor and to our free workshops and services, including job search support, resume building and more!
We offer learning opportunities to everyone so that you can become more suited to the current labour market. Our employment experts are internationally trained and have experience working with individuals from all walks of life.
Our services are suitable for individuals including newcomers to Canada, youth, people with disabilities, and others. Everyone is welcome here at JVS Toronto!

Get One-On-One Coaching and Job Search Support
All of our free employment services are offered by trained professional Workforce Specialists and Job Coaches who will work with you to help you find the right job or career. These services are funded by the Government of Ontario and come with a Customer Service Guarantee.
We also offer affordable Vocational Assessment and Career Exploration services for job seekers who want to assess their career competencies and interests or explore career change and coaching options.
